Client Login
Please enter your Client Log-in user name and password for access to the Special Client Booking Facility.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please enter the Booking Reference Number and your last name.
Apartment Assignments
Please assign your guests to their apartments. Nominate their names to each apartment.

You have nominated multiple apartments; please note that the arrival/departure dates and payment details must be the same for all apartments. If these details are different, please consider separate bookings.

Cancellation policies:

To make a confirmed booking directly with us, we will require a $200.00 deposit to secure each unit. In line with our cancellation policy the balance of the accommodation is due 14 days prior to arrival in low seasons and 30 days prior to arrival in peak periods.

Bookings made within 14 days of arrival (30 days in peak periods) and for one-night stays, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We are unable to hold bookings without an initial deposit.

* Please note: We cannot accept arrivals checking in on Christmas or New Year’s Day. To make a booking over this period, guests will need to book the day prior or night after these dates.

Cancellations made up to 14 days (30 days in peak periods) prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 14 days (30 days in peak periods) prior to arrival ALL monies are forfeited.
